Legal Basis for Developing Activities of S&T Statistics

Makes clear the cause of limitations in S&T Statistics in Vietnam today; presents in detail entire legal basis for developing this work, especially such legal regulating documents as classifications, system of indicators for S&T statistics, regulations on general reporting, S&T background and programmes for S&T statistical survey; presents the organizational structure of S&T statistics and Minister of Science and Technology's Directive on intensifying activities of S&T Statistics
