RESTRUCTURING HUMAN RESOURCES: KEY FOR SUSTAINABLE AND FAST DEVELOPMENT OF VIETNAM

Abstract
Restructuring human resources have been an urgent issue for Vietnam today, especially at the period of demographic population. The author investigates the reality of Vietnam workforce, reveals several issues that need improving. Upon the findings of the research, the author suggests five major solutions for Vietnam to gain benefits from a demographic population and deeper international integration beginning with the ASEAN Economic Community in 2015
