Building a smart urban system in Dong Nai province: Strategies to improve investment efficiency and develop road traffic works by 2030

Abstract

The article analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of investment in the construction of road transport infrastructure projects in Dong Nai province in the period 2017-2022. The article highlights the positive impact of transport projects on provincial GDP, bringing about many improvements in community life, helping to reduce development disparities between regions. However, it also points out the remaining challenges, thereby proposing a strategy to improve the efficiency of investment and development of road transport in the period 2025-2030 towards smart cities.
