FACTORS AFFECTING THE QUALITY OF JOB PLAVEMENT SERVICE AT YOUTH EMPLOYMENT SERVICE CENTER, BAC NINH PROVINCE

Abstract

This paper presents research on analyzing the factors affecting the quality of
job placement services at Youth Employment Service Center, Bacninh province.
Inheritance model SERVPERF and acquiring expert opinions,, the author built a
research model that included 6 factors: Labor management policy; Tangibility;
Reliability; Reactivity; Assurance; Empathy. The method of Exploratory Factor
Analysis and linear regression analysis were applied. From the results, the article
proposed a number of solutions to enhance the quality of job placement services
at Youth Employment Service Center.
