SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF VIETNAM’S POSTAL HUMAN DURING THE INTEGRATION PERIOD

Abstract

Currently in Vietnam, postage is considered an important service area and
increasingly potential, our country's entry into world economic organizations
to create opportunities and challenges with postal businesses. The objective of
this study is to provide solutions to improve the quality of postal human
resources - a key factor determining the success or failure of businesses. The
paper uses secondary data collection methods for documents, scientific papers
and reports related to the postal sector and methods of statistical analysis.
Based on the results of the current analysis of Vietnam's postal human
resources, the study has introduced solutions such as: Scaling up and
improving the quality of human resource training; Improving the quality of
research staff, lecturers and international cooperation to develop human
resources to contribute to improving the quality of Vietnam post human
resources in the integration period.
