THE STUDY OF THE FACTORS AFFECTING THE LEVEL OF SATISFACTION IN THE EMPLOYMENT OF THE OFFICERS IN ECONOMIC ZONES IN VUNG ANG ECONOMIC AREA, HA TINH PROVINCE

Abstract

The article presents a study of the factors that affect the level of job
satisfaction of office workers in Vietnam's economic zones to find the better
solutions to improve their level of satisfaction with a view of attracting, building
and stabilizing the labor force with higher quality. The empirical data were
collected through 353 questionnaires surveyed by staff in Vung Ang Economic
Zone, Ha Tinh. There are seven factors in the research model. Analyzing the
exploratory factor with the spin matrix has created the new five factors. After
renaming the group of factors and modifying the study model, the results show
that there are three factors affecting the level of job satisfaction of office workers
in the economic zones, including: (i) finance and working environment; (ii)
relationship with colleagues; (iii) Relationship with superiors. In particular, the
impact of financial factors and working environment is a problem. However, the
economic zones in Vietnam have been enjoying preferential policies separately
in recent years. As a result of that businesses in different economic zones also
have different working mechanisms, which may have a significant impact on the
psychology and job satisfaction of office workers in these areas and this hasn’t
mentioend in this study.
