Teaching Vietnamese subjects by current general education program to develop language capacity for elementary students.

Abstract

Vietnamese is the mother tongue of Vietnamese students and a tool to help students communicate, think and learn other subjects at school. This is an important subject in education. Specifically, the Vietnamese subject in primary schools is responsible for providing students with linguistic knowledge, knowledge of the Vietnamese language system, operating rules and products in communication activities. The purpose of teaching Vietnamese is to meet the General Education program 2018, approach the current trend of modern education and help students achieve the required requirements on language ability. Our article presents the problem of organizing Vietnamese language teaching according to the current general education program to develop language competence for elementary students.
