Orientations for developing professional competence for aquaculture industry students of Dong Thap University through professional practice

Abstract

The orientation of developing professional competence for Aquaculture students of Dong Thap University is an important goal of the training program. It aims at specialized knowledge, occupational skills and attitudes towards jobs that students need to be trained and fostered in order to complete job requirements effectively. With that goal in mind, the article clarifies a number of issues on professional competence development and accordingly proposes orientations to develop this competence for Aquaculture students of Dong ThapUniversity through professional internships.
