FROM THE LEADERSHIP ART OF THE 1965 PLEIME CAMPAIGN TO THE HISTORIC LESSONS OF THE AGE
Abstract
The 1965 Pleime campaign was the opening battle against the US on the battlefield of the Central Highlands and the campaign victory indicated that our army forces were able to confront and defeat the American army and their allies in the Central Highlands. Not only that, the Pleime victory also showed the flexibility and creativity of the Central Highlands Front Commands in implementing the art of campaign leadership. On historic data, the article focuses on clarifying the art of leadership in the 1965 Pleime campaign, thereby drawing lessons to building an all-people defense, people's security in developing and defending the country today.
