Applying local marketing theory in attracting investment in the industrial zone of Ha Nam province

Abstract

Local marketing is the application of marketing theory in building "local brand" in order to attract investment and development of the local economy. Ha Nanm province is a plain located in key economic areas of northern Vietnam, where many industrial zones, has the advantage of cheap labor and training levels pretty, but the attraction of investment promotion economic growth here is slow compared to some neighboring provinces. The paper analyzes and offer a number of local marketing solutions to improve the attraction of investment in the industrial zone of this province.
