Bài báo này giới thiệu quy trình và phương pháp đánh giá an toàn kết cấu công trình trong quá trình khai thác, sử dụng, dựa trên các tài liệu hướng dẫn của Singapore, ISO, châu Âu. Quy trình đánh giá gồm hai cấp độ, trong đó cấp độ 1 là kiểm tra trực quan định kỳ, cấp độ 2 là đánh giá an toàn kết cấu đầy đủ. Nếu đánh giá cấp độ 1 có các nghi ngờ về an toàn kết cấu thì cần thực hiện đánh giá cấp độ 2. Cơ sở của việc đánh giá an toàn kết cấu đầy đủ là cập nhật thông tin về kết cấu hiện hữu (tải trọng, đặc trưng hình học, đặc trưng vật liệu, sơ đồ kết cấu, sức kháng, biến dạng) để phân tích và kiểm tra kết cấu. Các thông tin có thể được thu thập từ khảo sát hiện trường hoặc từ hồ sơ thiết kế gốc. Việc kiểm tra kết cấu theo các trạng thái giới hạn dựa vào phương pháp hệ số tin cậy, trong đó các hệ số tin cậy khi đánh giá kết cấu hiện hữu là khác các hệ số tin cậy khi thiết kế kết cấu mới.
Abstract
This paper presents the procedures and methods for the structural assessment of existing buildings, based on guidelines and technical regulations from Singapore, ISO, Europe. The procedures for assessment of existing structure during its service life consist of two levels, where level 1 is periodic structural visual inspection, level 2 is full structural investigation. If there are any doubts regarding structural safety from level 1 assessment, a full structural investigation shoud be carried out. The basis of structural assessment is updating information for existing structure (actions, material properties, geometrical properties, structural models, resistances and deformations). The information should be collected either from onsite investigations or from original design documents. Structural verifications are based on ultimate and serviceability limit states using partial factors. The partial factors for assessement of existing structures are different from those for designing new structures.
