Abstract

Hiện nay, việc thu gom, vận chuyển, xử lý, tái chế, tái xử dụng chất thải đặc biệt bùn thải từ hệ thống thoát nước (HTTN) trong đô thị đã, đang trở thành bài toán khó khăn đối với các nhà quản lý hầu hết các nước trên thế giới, đặc biệt ở các nước có nền kinh tế đang phát triển trong đó có Việt Nam. Bài viết đã khái quát thực trạng, những khó khăn, thách thức và đề xuất các giải pháp góp phần giảm thiểu những khó khăn vướng mắc trong quản lý bùn thải từ hệ thống thoát nước tại các đô thị ở Việt nam... Bài viết đã cập nhật bổ sung các số liệu mới, làm rõ thêm một số nội dung mới so với các bài viết trước đây của tác giả với cùng chủ đề này.

Abstract

Currently, the collection, transportation, processing, recycling, and reuse of waste, especially sludge from urban drainage systems, has become a difficult problem for managers in most countries around the world, especially in countries with developing economies including Vietnam. The paper summarizes the current situation, difficulties, challenges and proposes solutions to minimizing difficulties in managing sludge from drainage systems in urban areas in Vietnam ... The paper has been updated with new data, clarifying some new content compared to the author's previous paper on the same topic.
