SO SÁNH HIỆU NĂNG TÁCH CÁC HỢP CHẤT POLY BROMINATED DIPHENYL EITHER (PBDE) TRONG CÁC CỘT SẮC KÝ KHÍ DB- 5MS BẰNG GC- MS

Abstract

Polybrominated diphenyl eithers (PBDEs) are flame retardants added in consumer goods, such as platic, fiber, electornic devices and interior  goods. High boiled temperature high molecular weight are their specific properties, so they can be absorbed on glass surface quickly and decomposed easily. Therefore, determinations of NonaBDE and DecalBDE are not easy. This study focused on analyzing PBDEs by using GC-MS with high sensitivity and percision. The mixture of PBDE standards was clearly separated by utiliziation of column DB-5MS (5m x 0.25mm x 0.25μm) in 14.4 minutes with flow rate of 1.5mL /min and splitless mode. The analyzed results showed that this method had high sensitivity and low limit of detection, a few μg/L (LOD=0,39 μg/L - 6.31 μg/L).
