Abstract

Liquidity is both aprerequisite for survivalis both atechnical business profitable by the bank itself. In recent year the State Bank has issued many guide lines apply liquidity adequacy ratiosmadatory to guide commercial banks to gradually approaching international norms justaiming to make liquidity safety of the entire banking system. On the basis of data analys is in 2013 and the first 6 months of 2014 the liquidity situation of banks is relatively good, but the implemenation of measure to improve safety and liquidity is necessary, because that commercial banks need to strengthen measures early technical and business thinking to ensure that banks are always stable growth, sustainable development and creating long-term firm basis for development of Vietnam’s economy.
