Abstract

Implementation of Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW Resolution of the Conference of the 8th Central Committee (Term XI) on fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training (Ban Chấp hành Trung ương, 2013). Over the past years, the Ministry of Education and Training has directed the promotion of the application of Information Technology at all levels, levels and disciplines in the direction of using Information Technology as an effective support tool. to reform the management and improve the quality of education. Management of information technology application in teaching is being greatly interested by educational administrators and teachers of secondary schools in Tran Van Thoi district, Ca Mau province, in response, research, research and application. use. The schools have invested in equipment, information technology infrastructure, and human resource development. The application of Information Technology in teaching and management in schools has been applied and achieved certain results. However, information technology equipment and infrastructure in junior high schools in Tran Van Thoi district are still in a state of shortage and slow development. Good knowledge and correct orientation of the Party, State and the Ministry of Education and Training in the management of information technology application in teaching activities. The development and fostering of information technology human resources have not been paid due attention by educational management levels, teachers' ability to apply information technology in teaching is still limited, application management Information technology in the activities of the Principal is not specific and appropriate, as well as the coordination of educational forces is not really good. From the guiding documents and practices that have been set for secondary schools in Tran Van Thoi district, Ca Mau province, an urgent task is to strengthen the application of information technology in management, teaching and learn. Especially during the period when the Ministry of Education and Training is implementing the 2018 General Education Program, this is an important milestone in the education reform that has received great attention from the society, innovating teaching methods. Teaching in the direction of developing students' qualities and abilities in a positive way. Find out how to organize scientifically and effectively, create motivation and promote necessary measures to manage the application of information technology in teaching, practical, specific, suitable to the local situation, impact on administrators, teachers and students. Thereby contributing to good management, improving the quality of education and training of the district.
