Abstract

The article introduces the concept of exemption, reservation, and recognition of learning results in training programs at intermediate and college levels; analysis of current legal regulations on exemption, reservation, and recognition of learning results in training programs at intermediate and college levels. Based on pointing out some difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of exemption, reservation, and recognition of learning results in training programs at intermediate and college levels, the article proposes complete recommendations to improve the legal provisions on this content.
