Abstract
Recently, the crime of organizing illegal drug use in our country has tended to increase rapidly. The handling of this crime raises many issues that need to be resolved, of which the requirement for a solid legal basis is considered a decisive issue. In current reality, the handling of the crime of organizing illegal use of narcotics still has certain inadequacies and limitations related to the issue of crime determination, which are mainly due to legal regulations. not really clear and specific. This article aims to point out the problems in the practice of criminalizing the crime of organizing illegal use of drugs and propose solutions to overcome those problems.
