AUCTION OF LAND USE RIGHTS FOLLOWING THE MARKET LAND PRICE IN VIETNAM CURRENTLY

Abstract

Determining the market land price and auctioning land use rights at the market price is a complex problem and is one of the issues that receive the most attention from the People when amending the Land Law. The article will summarize “market land price” and auction of land use rights at the current market price of land in Vietnam, thereby offering some solutions to improve the law on the auction of land use rights at the land price market in Vietnam.
