Abstract
The study examines the implementation of sustainable development activities of lecturers and staff at Hanoi Open University (HOU). The study investigates the basic principles of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and its application in understanding the factors affecting examines the implementation of sustainable development activities. The study evaluates the direct and indirect relationships between independent variables including Attitudes, Social Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control, Intention to the implementation of sustainable development activities. of staff and lecturers of Hanoi Open University. The study sample included 338 survey responses analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that social norms, perceived behavioral control and intentions significantly influence sustainable development activities of lecturers and staff at HOU.
