Engaging in Erasmus+ programme: application process and lessons from practice
Abstract
This article presents the registration process for becoming a member of Erasmus+ programme-an initiative by the European Union in the fields of education, training, youth, and sports. The author analyzes the eligibility criteria, requirements, and registration procedures applicable to individuals and institutions in Vietnam, particularly lecturers, researchers, and higher education institutions. Drawing from document analysis and practical experience from implemented projects, the article provides specific recommendations to support applicants in optimizing their application profiles, selecting suitable partners, and increasing their chances of success. The paper aims to enhance the capacity of Vietnamese academic staff to participate in international programs, thereby contributing to educational integration and scientific research development.
