RESEARCH ON EVALUATING LABOR SAFETY WORK AT COMPANY 45 - DONG BAC CORPORATION BRANCH FOR THE PERIOD 2018 ÷ 2024

Abstract

Company 45 has achieved remarkable success in occupational safety and hygiene (OSH) by completely eliminating minor workplace accidents, reducing cases from 17 (2018) to 0 (2023–2024). This achievement stems from a strategic investment approach: a 64% increase in the OSH budget (from 8.516 billion VND in 2018 to 13.885 billion VND in 2024), coupled with restructuring expenditures to prioritize risk prevention. The article analyzes and evaluates the relationship between investment strategies and the effectiveness of AT-VSLĐ, demonstrating the efficacy of the balanced approach integrating technology, personnel, and processes that Company 45 is implementing.
