Research on the application of bms technology in building management and operation at Quang Ninh university of industry

Abstract

The author introduces an overview of Building Management System (BMS) technology through the analysis, synthesis, and evaluation of published scientific works and documents; assesses the current state of management and operation of buildings, and proposes solutions for applying BMS in the management and operation of individual buildings as well as the overall management of buildings at Quang Ninh University of Industry. The main content of the article focuses on analyzing BMS system models, the structure of BMS subsystems such as power supply management, air conditioning, ventilation, security, safety, and fire prevention and fighting systems, as well as the methods for building a BMS system, while also evaluating the advantages and challenges of applying BMS technology at Quang Ninh University of Industry.
