Streamlining the Organizational Structure to Enhance Management Efficiency at Quang Ninh University of Industry

Abstract

In line with Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW of the Central Committee, the University’s Development Strategy for 2023–2030 with a vision to 2035, the Resolution of the 26th Party Congress of Quang Ninh University of Industry for the 2025–2030 term, and Government regulations, the University has implemented measures to streamline its organizational structure and downsize its workforce. This task is essential, bringing practical benefits such as optimizing resources, improving operational efficiency, and creating conditions for sustainable development. Streamlining not only reduces operating costs but also strengthens flexibility and adaptability to the changes in today’s higher education environment.
