Library of Quang Ninh University of Industry in the innovation and development strategy of the University in the period of 2023-2030

Abstract

The newspaper presents the general situation of Information and Library Center and severing ability, satisfying the demands on teaching and studying of teachers and students during the education innovation basing on development policy of the University in the period from 2023 to 2030. Besides, the writer states some solutions which are the most practical and effective in order to bring the Library step by step becomes the second lecture hall of students, meets the demand of self-education and science research, and contributes to complete the higher education target in the University’s development innovation to 2030.
