Abstract

Quality assurance in the development and operation of training programs according to output standards is one of the core factors determining the training quality of a higher education institution. In which, the assessment of the course meeting the learning outcomes is an important requirement in the work of ensuring and improving the quality of teaching and assessment. However, at present, many people are still not fully aware of the theoretical basis, the importance and influence of the work of building exam questions and grading in the value chain shaping the quality of education. Assessment is an important part of the teaching process, having a strong and effective impact on the change in the training process at the university level. When the assessment is built on a scientific basis, ensuring certain principles, it will lead to changes in the quality and quantity of training programs, curricula, teaching materials, and teaching methods. … The article refers to the construction of final exam questions at Quang Ninh University of Industry in order to meet the learning outcomes of the training program.
