Study on the effect of “Ha mo NK” capsules on patients with dyslipidemia at hai phong medical university hospital in 2022

Abstract

Objectives: To evaluate the treatment effectiveness of “Ha mo NK” capsules on dyslipidemia patients at Hai Phong Medical University Hospital in 2022. And to evaluate the effect of “Ha mo NK” capsules on phlegm syndromes for dyslipidemia patients. Method: Clinical trial study, comparing the before and after treatment, control comparisons of 45 patients who were diagnosed with dyslipidemia. Results: “Ha mo NK” capsules improved TC and LDL – C indices, which resulted in reductions of 5.88% and 8.01% with p<0.05. After 30 days of treatment, the overall treatment effect was 68.9% good, 26.7% quite, 4.4% inefficient, and 0% bad effect. There was no side effects on the hematological indices and liver–kidney function.

According to Traditional Medicine, the treatment effect of phlegm Syndrome was 15.6% good, 28.9% quite, 55.6% inefficient (symptom improvement ≤ 30%) and 0% bad effect. Thus, the capsule

"Ha mo NK" not only has the effect of reducing blood lipid indexes but also alleviates the symptoms caused by dyslipidemia.
