THE CURRENT SITUATION OF DEVELOPING COMPETENCY BASED ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROGRAM IN TIEN DU DISTRICT – BAC NINH PROVINCE

Abstract

Developing curriculum at school level is a process of planing and directing students’ learning implemented by educational institutions. The article analyzes the current situation of developing English language program in accordance with competence approach in secondary schools in Tien Du district – Bac Ninh province. These are practical important data which can help state management agencies, school managers, and teachers of secondary schools in Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province adjust management measures, thereby implement successfully the goal of renovating the general education program, and satisfy the requirements of basic and comprehensive renovation of Viet Nam education
