Abstract
On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Soviet Union, this article aims to reconstruct and synthesize the process of aiding and helping of Soviet Union for Vietnam in the field of education and training in two resistance wars against France and the United States (1950 -1975). Through 25 years, aids from Soviet Union in the field of education and training has created facilities and high quality resources for the process of constructing socialism in Vietnam
