TRAINING COMPETENCIES OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION FOR MANAGERS OF GENERAL SCHOOLS IN GIA LAI PROVINCE

Abstract

There are many approaches to assessing the work of training in general and training competencies of school administration for school managers in particular. Based on the approach of Donald Kirkpatrick, the article assesses the current situation of training competencies of school administration for school managers in Gia Lai on 3 criteria: satisfaction level of training; results obtained in terms of knowledge and skills after training; degree of change in behavior after attending training; degree of change in school administration. The evaluation criteria are 07 criteria on the school administration competencies of school managers, which are specified in Circular 14/2018/TT-BGDĐT. With this approach, the training competencies of school administration  for general school managers in Gia Lai is assessed at a fair level, but there are still certain limitations
