STRATEGIC PLANNING MODELS IN SCHOOLS

Abstract

Strategic planning is a method used to position a school, provide long-term directions and strategic solutions to achieve the expected future performance on the basis of current capabilities. In our country, the direction and strategy for building and developing schools is one of the criteria for accrediting the quality of education from preschools to high schools and colleges, universities. Employing a literature review approach, the author presents strategic planning models in order to provide a range of options from which schools can use for strategic planning.
