SOME PROPOSALS ON PEDAGOGICAL TRAINING FOR THOSE WITH A SUITABLE BACHELOR'S DEGREE ASPIRATIONS TO BECOME PRIMARY, MIDDLE/SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

Abstract

The study pointed out a number of unreasonable points in the pedagogical training program for holders of a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline who aspires to become teachers of primary, secondary, and high schools. From there, some issues need to be implemented in order for the organization to compile documents and prepare lectures to meet the general objectives of the training program, according to Circular 11/2021/TT-BGDĐT and Circular 12/2021/TT – BGDDT, which servse as a reference basis to make adjustments and supplements to the program's contents in the future
