Abstract

Pedagogical training programs for persons who wish to become primary teachers with suitable specialized bachelor's degrees, according to Circular No. 11/2021/TT-BGDDT, and pedagogical professional training program for persons who wish to become secondary or high school teachers, according to Circular No. 12/2021/TT-BGDDT (April 5, 2021) aim to foster learners with the necessary qualities and competencies to effectively perform teaching and education tasks at general education institutions. The implementation of the program requires solutions in compiling documents, organizing teaching, evaluating learning results to ensure the practicality and practice of the program
