ACTIVITIES TO PREVENT AND COMBAT CHILD ABUSE IN PUBLIC PRESCHOOLS, BINH CHANH DISTRICT, HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract

The management in some schools is still messy. Besides, many inadequacies occur because teachers lack pedagogical knowledge and childcare experience or do not know how to control their emotions. These lead to child abuse, which causes young parents much confusion and infuriating. They are always worried about sending their children to kindergartens. Because the violent actions of the teacher not only cause current outcomes but also affect the psychology of the children in the future. This paper presents several concepts and contents of the prevention of child abuse so that the management of child abuse and preventive activities can be improved and enhanced in public preschools in Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
