MANAGER IN NON - PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOLS

Abstract

Class leaders in non-public schools are also called administrators. Management is management, responsibility is the head. These two words emerged from the years when the private school developed very strongly in terms of increasing quantity and quality and are affirmed to this day. In the national education system as well as the guiding documents on the work of head teachers, there are currently no regulations on the concept of management. We use the concept of management teachers in non-public high schools in a conceptual approach to head teachers in public high schools in a context consistent with the characteristics of non-public high schools. From there, come up with a solution to develop the management teachers in non-public high schools
