MANAGEMENT MEASURES FOR TRAINING IN THE NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT SECTORS AT UNIVERSITIES IN HO CHI MINH CITY ACCORDING TO OUTPUT STANDARDS

Abstract

Learning outcome-based training (LO) is one of the most popular training approaches in the world today, along with other training approaches such as CDIO (Conceive - Design - Implement - Operate), or competency-based training. In Vietnam today, learning outcome-based training has also been stipulated in many legal documents on education management and has been applied in many higher education institutions. However, the implementation and management of training according to LO in universities in general still have certain limitations and inadequacies. This article focuses on analyzing, assessing the current situation, and proposing appropriate measures to manage training in Natural Resources and Environment (NRE) majors at universities in Ho Chi Minh City
