Abstract

This article points out the current status of student engagement in learning, the affected factors on it, and also proposes some solutions to develop student engagement in learning at International Education Exchange Center (IEEC), Ho Chi Minh city University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) via the content of 7 criterias: awareness of learning activities; learning attitude, positive learning; interest in learning; a sense of responsibility in learning; learning actions; and the impacts from family and school. Based on the research results,  the  researcher  has  proposed  five  solutions  to  enhance  student  engagement  in learning.
