Abstract

Innovation program of general education textbooks is the inevitable trend of the educational development process. Training and developing of qualified educational managers that meet the education requirements. It is one of the important prerequisites to implement successful policy of the educational innovation process. The article refers to some affected factors and enhances the quality of the solutions of developing educational managers.
