Abstract

Digital transformation is occurring robustly and becoming as an unavoidable and objective trend worldwide. This presents a significant potential for developing nations, particularly Vietnam. Nonetheless, digital transformation presents obstacles when it necessitates the involvement of human resources in this process. Consequently, cultivating human resources to fulfil the demands of digital transformation is regarded as a critical undertaking that receives significant focus from both the Party and the State. The essay examines the present state of human resources in the Southeast area and proposes ideas for the advancement of digital transformation human resources in the near future.
