MARXIST-LENINIST POLITICAL ECONOMY THEORY IN THE SHAPING OF ECONOMIC POLICY OF VIỆT NAM’S COMMUNIST PARTY AND STATE

Abstract

At present, our country has changed from the centrally planned economy to the socialist-oriented market economy that focuses on industrializing, modernizing, diversifying, enforcing external economic relations and international integration with the world. Great economic achievements have affirmed that the Vietnam Communist Party and the State’s economic policies are in the right track. It shows the Party’s creative use of Marxist-Lenin political economic theory in the period of national socio-economic development.
