Abstract

All the elementary pupils of Khmer in Bình Phước and Trà Vinh, Sóc Trăng province must use Vietnamese language. But according to the survey, their ability to use the language is limited. So what are the reasons behind that? This paper will partly answer the question and help policy makers of language, education and texbook have a more comprehensive view about the matter.
