Abstract

Ho Chi Minh Thought is a comprehensive and profound system of views on the fundamental issues of the Vietnamese revolution. In particular, his idea of ​​equity is expressed as one of the goals and aspirations of every citizen in the cause of struggle and building socialism in Vietnam. According to Ho Chi Minh, equity is an important goal of social development. To achieve social equity, it is a must to conduct distribution in line with labour, and, at the same time, to handle harmoniously the relationships of interests between employers and workers, between the public and the private, and to distribute via the systems of social security and welfare. Ho Chi Minh Thought on equity is in line with the state-regulated market economy in Vietnam.
