Abstract

In Da Nang Bay area, a total of 53 species belonging to 31 genera, 24 families, 10 orders, 7 classes and 4 phyla have been identified, of which, Athropoda has the largest number of species with 46 species
accounting for 86.79%, followed by Chaetonatha with 4 species accounting for 7.55%, the molluscum phylum (Mollusca) has 2 species accounting for 3.77% and the phylum Annelida has 01 species, accounting for 1.89%. In terms of distribution, on average, each station appears more than 36 species, of which the most is at the ĐVPD 185 sample station with 53 species, followed by the ĐVPD 182 with 52 species; followed by ĐVPD 188 with the number of 51 species, the stations with the number of 50 species are ĐVPD 193 and ĐVPD 204; the lowest number of species is at ĐVPD 24 with 21 species, followed by ĐVPD 26, ĐVPD 32, ĐVPD 47, ĐVPD 51, ĐVPD 129 with 22 species, sample stations ĐVPD 7, ĐVPD 13, ĐVPD 31, ĐVPD 40, ĐVPD 41, ĐVPD 50 with 23 species, the rest of the stations mostly appear from 24-49 species. Evadne nordmani (Loven, 1836) had the highest occurrence frequency of 216/250, followed by Conchoecia imbricata (Brady, 1880) with an occurrence frequency of 214/250; the lowest are Sagitta minima (Grassi, 1881) with an occurrence frequency of 66/250 and Sagitta neglecta (Aida, 1897) with an occurrence frequency of 85/250; The average occurrence frequency was 172/250. The results of the biodiversity index calculation show that this area has a low level of biodiversity, less diverse and rich species composition (H' = 1.9).
