TRAINING OF ETHNIC MINORITY HUMAN RESOURCES FOR CAO BANG PROVINCE THROUGH ETHNIC PRE-UNIVERSITY SYSTEM

Abstract

Ethnic minority human resources are one of the most
important resources contributing greatly to the socio-economic
development of mountainous, remote, and extremely difficult
areas, ethnic minority areas in general and of Cao Bang province
in particular. Every year, the number of ethnic minority students,
especially ethnic minorities are very few people in Cao Bang
province who pass directly to universities to be very modest,
most of which must be fostered through the Ethnic Pre-University
System. However, the proportion of ethnic minority students
participating in training in the Pre-university system is not equal
among ethnic groups in this area. Therefore it is necessary to
have specific solutions to foster qualified human resources who
are the Mong, Dao, San Chi, Lo Lo and other ethnic minorities
of Cao Bang province to meet the subtainable socio- economic
development needs of the province in the coming time.
