HALAL MARKET DEVELOPMENT IN VIETNAM FROM THE PERPECTIVE OF STATE MANAGEMENT
Abstract
The Halal market is currently receiving attention from many economies around the world because it is a large and prompt growing market globally. Vietnam is one of the countries considered to have many advantages in developing the product manufacturing industry and providing services for this potential market. If it can take advantage of available opportunities and strengths, Vietnam is fully capable of participating deeply in the supply chain and having a solid position in the global Halal market. This article focuses on researching the overall Halal market, the advantages and challenges of Vietnam in approaching this market, as well as proposing some recommendations from the perspective of state management to contribute to the construction and development of the Halal market in Vietnam.
