Looking back some sh ops with architectural works in old Thai Binh town
Abstract
Thai Binh City is currently a second-class provincial city. Thai Binh City, which founded as a small town during the French colonial period, has seen significant change over years, progressively turning into a vibrant, modern city in the Northern Delta. Few people can imagine Thai Binh town was like before the August Revolution because the city’s look is constantly changing. Perhaps those nostalgic images are only found in a small percentage of well-preserved pictures and in the recollections of some elderly persons. The author has accurately depicted Thai Binh Town’s image as a small, peaceful, beautiful, charming town located next to the Tra Ly river before the August Revolution by using memories of his childhood and documents from history
