Abstract

This study aims to propose a process for designing flashcards integrated with augmented reality (AR) technology to enhance the effectiveness of teaching 5th-grade History and Geography subjews, following the orientation of the textbook series "Ket noi tri thuc voi cuoc song" The study focuses on clarifying the theoretical foundations related to the transition from traditional teaching tools to modern digital models. The study details the process of designing AR-integrated multimedia flashcards. Multimedia flashcards combined with AR create an interactive and multisensory learning environment, providing students with opportunities to develop intelligence, increase interest, and enhance knowledge retention. At the same time, it provides teachers with additional learning materials to support their teaching and increase interaction in the classroom. From this, the study proposes an essential teaching tool to support instruction, meet the competency development requirements of the 2018 General Education Program, and contribute to improving the quality of education.
