Abstract

Developing the capacity of dialectical thinking for students in general and for
students of Hanoi Metropolitan University in particular is now one of the most urgent
issues in terms of both theory and practice. Facing the shortage of students' competencies,
we need to synchronously implement basic and specialized solutions to train quality human
resources to meet the requirements of reality.
