Abstract

In the context of Vietnamese education being in a period of strong development, moving towards international integration and transforming itself under the orientation of fundamental and comprehensive innovation. Preschool education is focused on developing towards enhancing experiential activities, promoting children's proactivity, creativity, and self-learning capabilities. The model of project-based experiential activities is being implemented with interest by high-quality preschools, considered an advanced educational method that helps children "learn through play – play to learn," forming skills in cooperation, problem-solving, and exploring the surrounding world naturally and enthusiastically. However, the management of project-based experiential activities in many schools still faces limitations, such as: a lack of uniformity in the organizational process, uneven project design capabilities among teachers, and an ineffective coordination mechanism between the school, family, and society, requiring intervention solutions. This article focuses on researching the theoretical foundations and analyzing the current state of management for project-based experiential activities at high-quality preschools. The research subjects are 5-6 year-old preschool children, the age group preparing for First Grade. Based on the analysis of these inadequacies, the research proposes several specific solutions to enhance the management effectiveness of this activity. The research results contribute significantly to improving the quality of comprehensive education and developing children's competencies and qualities. The proposed solutions offer practical value for administrators in effectively organizing project-based experiential activities. At the same time, the research also helps affirm the pioneering role of high-quality preschools in the current reform of preschool education.
