Abstract

The online advertising activities of influencer has grown significantly in recent years, becoming one of the most popular and effective forms of online advertising. This activity, on the one hand, brings many benefits to consumers, but on the other hand, it also poses some challenges and potential risks for consumers. The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of influencers' online advertising activities and the protection of consumer rights, with a focus on perspectives from European Union law regulations. Based on this analysis, the author suggests improvements to Vietnamese law regarding the protection of consumer rights in influencers' online advertising activities
