Completing law on compensation for co-use of land, co-ownership of land-attached property when the state recovered the land for defense and security purposes; socio-economic development because of national and public interests

Abstract

The article analyzes legal provisions on compensation for co-use of land, co-ownership of land-attached property when the State recoverd land for defense and security purposes; socio-economic evelopment because of national and public interests; on the basis of assessing the status of application of these legal provisions, the author makes some recommendations for law on compensation for co-use of land and property co-ownership when the State recovered land.
